SHIPPING POLICY

All items ship worldwide from the Netherlands by Post.

Orders are shipped out on every tuesday and friday.

Make sure you fill out the address form correctly.

All orders ship with Track&Trace so that they can be tracked and redirected to you in case they lose their way. When an order is returned to me because the customer was not there during delivery or because the address provided was wrong, the customer is responsible for paying the new shipping cost in order to have their order resent to them. This extra process can take up to 6 weeks!

The customer is also responsible for any custom taxes that may apply in their country.

Bear in mind that delivery time is only an estimate. Most of the time parcels are delayed due to the customs control of each country. So, if you happen to live somewhere far from Europe expect some time before your parcel arrives. Please, keep that in mind when you are placing an order as a birthday gift.

This is the time it usually takes for the post to deliver your order:

Netherlands: 2 to 5 days
Germany/Belgium/United Kingdom: 2 to 5 days
Rest of Europe: 1-2 weeks
United States and Canada: 1-3 weeks
Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact me before returning the item.
Unless arrangements are made with me, you cover the cost of the return.
The return policy does not apply for items that have been damaged by third parties.
