Exclusive item - herons in the field

An one-of-a-kind creation, a breakfast bowl with a carved out foot, that shows the scene two herons flying away in the field. Just like the heron that soars across the water, this is also very much a Boterdiep classic. They love to sit in the fields here. They become one with the landscape. The way that they spread their wings makes you realize how huge they are. 
 
Handpainted with blue underglaze, topped with a transparant glossy glaze for a food-safe finish. Baked on 1240 degrees Celcius.

This item likes being washed by hand, but dishwasher is ok too.
Small imperfections are part of the crooked garden aesthetic.
