The oystercatcher cup
€65.00Price
These oystercatchers were spotted, looking out over the harbour. Their bright orange beaks a beautifull contrast to the water. The back of this cup has mostly water, to catch that serene peace that outstretched waterscapes can give us.
This is a wheel thrown cup from stoneware clay, created by Lydia. She was handpainted with cobalt blue underglaze by Christina and topped with a glossy transparent glaze. She was fired with a top temperature of 1250 degrees celcius.
This cup is unique. Small imperfections are part of the handmade aesthetic.
